Return Policy
Return/Exchange Policy
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and unaltered. If any item that does NOT meet any of these conditions will NOT be accepted as a return. When returning your item, please list your address onto the shipping label. When returning, please fill out the return slip and return it with your items within 3 days of delivery.
Any Clearance or Final Sale items are not returnable. Gift cards are a final sale purchase.
Rustic Moose Boutique cannot be held responsible for condition beyond our control such as weather, service interruptions, holidays, etc. We will NOT be held responsible if USPS loses your package in transit. If you feel your package is lost or have questions with delay, contact US Postal Service.
Defective Merchandise:
If you have received a defective merchandise, you must contact us within one business day of delivery.
Refunds:
Refunds will be given as store credit due to we cannot guarantee that the item/size will be available by the time we receive your return. Once we receive your returned merchandise, we will then inspect it and will email you to arrange your credit of the returned item amount. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
